Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month (except June, July and December) at 10:00 a.m., usually in the Conference Room of the Olivia Raney Library. Meetings last for about two hours.
The Library is located off Poole Road, east of I-440, in the Wake County Office Park.
Because we occasionally have field trips to area libraries in lieu of meetings, please see our listing of events below to confirm the meeting time and place. Each meeting includes either a program or a roundtable discussion, as well as discussion of events and other matters of mutual interest.
Programs have included discussions on copyright law, an accountant speaking on tax issues and accounting systems, NC Colonial Research, and a Certified Genealogical Record Specialist speaking on the certification process.
